Fee Structure

 

 

2 years and under- (Allocated Term after your child is 9 months)

 

Funding is in place for September 2025 for 38 weeks per year for 30 hours per week, this is not  capped at Little Doves Day Nursery EG Funding can be accessed 10 hours per day, you will only pay for meals and unfunded weeks.

 

2 year funding

 

Children receiving 2 funding can allocate this towards ‘38 weeks’ per year. At Little Doves there is a maximum claim of ‘6 hours’ per day for up to ‘15 hours’ per week. (structure below) from September 2025 you can apply for 30 hours,

 

8- 9 am - Unfunded

9-12 noon -Funded

Lunch 12 noon- 1 pm (unfunded)- Lunch Time Fee- £15.00

1 pm-4 pm -Funded

4- 6 pm -Unfunded.

 

Weeks unfunded are charged at the basic rate of £9.00 per hour with meal fees. We do not charge for morning or afternoon snack time.

(If you use your funding into a third day to complete 15 hours, basic rate rather than Lunch fee rate will apply from 12 noon) Lunch fee is on the first & second day attended each week. If you claim further funding in September up to 30 hours the lunch fee will be charged on those funded 3rd, 4th, 5th day also. You will be funded between 9-12 and 1 and 4 pm/

 

3- 4 year funding

 

Children receiving 3-4 year funding can allocate this ‘38 weeks’ per year. Parents can apply for eligibility codes for up to 30 hours, however hours will only be allocated 6 hours per day as per fee structure times above & below for each age group.

9-12 noon -Funded

Lunch 12 noon- 1 pm- unfunded- Basic rate fee

 

1 pm – 4 pm- Funded

4- 6 pm -Unfunded

Note: We are an ‘all year round’ nursery and we do not provide term- time places. There will be unfunded weeks and we do not spread the funding, however we do spread the bill into equal installments
